Please remember to wear comfortable clothing. Shoes are not necessary. Bring your personal yoga mat and props if you use them. Classes can be given in English and French.

In yoga we are practicing to improve our health and well-being. It is highly recommended to have a medical check-up before beginning any physical exercise regimen. Please ask your doctor:

Which physical activities you can undertake without any risk, and what specific restrictions, if any, apply to you and which exercises you should avoid, and please inform your yoga teacher.
